Ordered that the judgment is modified by deleting the provision thereof dismissing the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and eighth causes of action insofar as asserted by the plaintiffs Renee Taggart, Alma Hammersly, Kathy Guarino, Amy Bondi, and Jacob Pepsin; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, the branch of the motion which was to dismiss those causes of action...
