Lowell Gunderson appeals from summary judgment dismissing his action against Alliance of Computer Professionals, Inc. (ACP), and denying his motion for a fair-value buyout. Gunderson's action arises from the termination of his employment with ACP and his involuntary removal as shareholder, officer, and director.
