¶ 1. DAVID T. PROSSER, J.

Goldie H. was protectively placed at the Dunn County Health Care Center in 1998. The circuit court conducted a summary hearing and made the requisite findings that she was incompetent and required residential care and custody as the result of the infirmities of aging. In making this initial placement, the authorities in Dunn County afforded Goldie H. all the procedural rights to which she was entitled by law.
