This case requires us to determine the effect of the confirmation of a Chapter 11 reorganization plan on a creditor's liens. Appellant maintains that since confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan fails to extinguish liens not addressed by the plan, see Cen-Pen Corp. v. Hanson,
