This is an action for Declaratory Judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq. Presently before the Court is plaintiff State Farm Fire and Casualty Company's ("State Farm") Motion for Summary Judgment and defendants Karl R. Dalrymple's ("Dalrymple") and Patrice M. Thompson's ("Thompson") Response thereto. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff's motion will be granted.
