On February 9, 2001, Plaintiff, Rhonda Renee Jones, filed suit in this Court pursuant to 42 U.S.C. sections 1983 and 1988, alleging violations of her rights under the Fourth, Eight, and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
