This action stems from a non-competition agreement allegedly formed between Planmatics, Inc. ("Planmatics") and its former employee, Defendant Robert Showers. Plaintiff alleges that Showers breached the non-competition agreement and engaged in conduct during his employment that amounted to a breach of his fiduciary duties.
