PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's grant of summary disposition in favor of defendant, in which the court found that plaintiff was not entitled to personal injury protection (PIP) benefits because he was not an occupant of the insured automobile, as required by the no-fault act.1 We reverse and remand.
