¶ 1. BROWN, P.J.

The issue before this court is whether the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion in certifying a class in a suit to recover unreasonable fees charged for copies of healthcare records. We are satisfied that the trial court did not act erroneously because it considered the relevant facts and law and reached a conclusion that a reasonable judge could reach. Therefore, we affirm.
