THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. RAFAEL DOMENECH, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.

Defendant's claim as to the sufficiency of the evidence is not preserved (People v Gray, 86 N.Y.2d 10), and we decline to review it in the interest of justice. The verdict was not against the weight of the evidence. There is no basis upon which to disturb the jury's determinations concerning identification and credibility.
