Following a bench trial on stipulated facts, Brandon McCafferty was convicted on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it was less safe for him to be in actual physical control of a vehicle (OCGA § 40-6-391(a)(1)); failure to stop (OCGA §§ 40-6-72; 40-6-1); and failure to maintain lane (OCGA §§ 40-6-48; 40-6-1).
