Claude and René Boulé seek relief from a final judgment on grounds of newly discovered evidence. Their motion pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(2) to reopen the evidence, in a bench trial that was concluded on October 6, 2000, and in which judgment was entered on March 30, 2001, is denied.
