Lori Jean Lewis appeals from the trial court's order granting Stuart Lewis's petition to modify custody. We affirm.
When the parties were divorced in December 1999, the trial court entered a consent final judgment and decree of divorce. Under the terms of that decree, Lori and Stuart Lewis were granted joint legal custody, care and control of their three children.
