DRANGINIS, J.

The plaintiff, Joyce Gillogly, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her appeal from the decision by the defendant commissioner of motor vehicles (commissioner) suspending her license to operate a motor vehicle for six months pursuant to General Statutes § 14-227b1 and denying her motion to reargue.2
