The father of J.J.W. appeals from a juvenile court order terminating his parental rights. We affirm the trial court's order to the extent it terminated the father's parental rights. However, we vacate the order insofar as it places permanent custody of the child with the Georgia Department of Human Resources and remand the case with direction that the juvenile court, in conjunction with the Department of Human Resources, evaluate the possibility...
