On October 25, 2001, this Court dismissed seven claims of race, sex and age discrimination brought against Alliance Capital Management L.P. by Wayne Tappe on the ground that Tappe had failed "to plead his discrimination claims with sufficient particularity to state a claim." Tappe v. Alliance Capital Mgmt. L.P., 177 F.Supp.2d 176, 178-79 (S.D.N.Y.2001)....
