Keith Slater was convicted of simple assault after a bench trial. He appeals, contending that his right to a trial by jury, as guaranteed by the Georgia Constitution of 1983, Art. I, Sec. I, Para. XI, was violated, and that the trial court erred in ordering restitution. Finding no error, we affirm.
