This breach of contract case between prime contractors is based on a claim of delay in the construction of the University of North Carolina Neuropsychiatric Hospital on the Chapel Hill campus.

Plaintiff, Biemann and Rowell Company, was the heating and ventilating contractor, while defendant, The Donohoe Companies, Inc., D/B/A Donohoe Construction Company, was the general contractor.
