The Jeep, which was traveling eastbound on Fordham Road, was struck from behind as it stopped for a red light at the Rainey Gate entrance to the Bronx Zoo by a Nissan sedan driven by defendant Darrin Sanders and owned by defendant Earnestine Sanders...
