HENNESSY, J.

The defendant, Nitor Egbarin, an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut, appeals from the judgment rendered on a presentment in which the trial court concluded that the defendant was guilty of professional misconduct in violation of rule 8.4 (3)1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct2 and suspended him from the practice of law for five years.
