These are consolidated appeals from the trial court's judgment on the merits (A95493) and from the court's subsequent denial of motions to set aside that judgment and for sanctions (A106404). The principal issue on the first, "merits" appeal is whether the plaintiffs' keeping of two pet cougars on their property violated the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs) of a subdivision.
