Defendant Javier Rodriguez ("Rodriguez") has moved to suppress all evidence seized as a result of telephone calls monitored by the police, claiming that such monitoring was unlawful. Defendant Jose Miguel Ortiz ("Ortiz") moves to suppress all evidence because, as he alleges, the police illegally stopped his car and arrested him without probable cause.
