Per Curiam.

Lawrence J. Kaminsky has submitted an affidavit, dated March 1, 2001, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Kaminsky was admitted to the Bar by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 25, 1978, under the name Lawrence Jay Kaminsky.
