Presently before the Court is a petition by Edwin Maldonado ("Maldonado" or "petitioner") for resentencing pursuant to the purported authority of the Court under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, 28 C.F.R. § 571.60, and 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A).
