EHRLICH, Judge.

¶ 1 In question is a Coconino County zoning ordinance that prohibits the enlargement or extension of a nonconforming use. Specifically, the issue is whether the ordinance precludes moving a structure from which hay is sold from the place the structure occupied when it became a nonconforming use to another location on the same property. Such a change in location is prohibited by the ordinance, and we therefore reverse the judgment...
