Tony D. Walker appeals from an order denying his motion that the circuit court reconsider its decision dismissing his petition for certiorari review of a prison disciplinary committee decision. The circuit court found that Walker had failed to comply with the forty-five-day filing deadline for seeking review of a governmental decision by a writ of certiorari. See WIS.
