¶ 1 We decide whether the Governmental Tort Claims Act (GTCA), 51 O.S.1991, § 151 et seq., as amended, immunizes appellee, State Insurance Fund (SIF), from liability for the alleged post-award bad faith conduct of failure to timely pay a workers' compensation award.
