After review of the objections, the Court adopts the report and recommendation and orders dismissal of the complaint without prejudice on the ground of lack of personal jurisdiction over defendants. I add only one point concerning the letter sent by defendant Harvest Board in response to plaintiff's Chapter 93A letter which plaintiff alleges contained fraudulent misrepresentations.
