Before the Court is Defendants' post-trial motion seeking judgment as a matter of law, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50(b), or in the alternative, for an order granting a new trial pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(b). For the reasons discussed below, Defendant's motion is denied in its entirety.
