The first is whether the trial court erred in denying the defendant's motion for a mistrial, which was based on the prosecutor's remark in closing argument suggesting that this was not the first time the defendant had sold heroin. The second issue is ineffective assistance of counsel for failing to impeach a prosecution witness.
