¶ 1 Leon G., an indigent, appeals from an order committing him to the state hospital as a sexually violent person following a jury trial conducted pursuant to the Sexually Violent Persons Act ("the Act"), Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated ("A.R.S.") sections 36-3701 through 36-3716 (Supp.2000).
