The Circuit Court affirmed the administrative termination by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS), Division of Correction (DOC), Respondent, of Petitioner's employment at its Eastern Correctional Institution. Underlying Petitioner's termination was his arrest on 28 February 1992...
