Roy Amos challenges the trial court's order summarily denying his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). In his motion Amos claimed that he was not awarded the correct amount of jail credit and that upon revocation of probation he was not properly awarded prison credit on each count for the time previously served in prison on those counts.
