Robert Rao, Dan Weiss, Michael Lasalle and Lou Dauber, trustees (the "Trustees") of a multi-employer pension fund, brought this action against Prest Metals, one of the employers participating in that fund, and its corporate parent Hoffinger Industries, Inc., ("Hoffinger") to recover the amount owed by Prest Metals in withdrawal liability pursuant to the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980...
