ALDRICH, District Judge.
This is an insider trading case involving the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and two defendants, Donna Yun and Jerry Burch. On December 14, 2000, the jury entered a verdict in favor of the government, finding that Yun and Burch were liable under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
