ORDER
PRESNELL, District Judge.
This cause comes before the Court on the Motion and Memorandum of Law to Dismiss on Behalf of Defendants Luster, Truncale, and Lee (Doc. No. 30, filed April 16, 2001) and Plaintiff's response thereto (Doc. No. 62, filed April 30, 2001).
