Larry James Daly was convicted of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, failure to possess a tax stamp, and possession of marijuana in violation of Iowa Code sections 124.401(1)(b)(7); 453B.3, 453B.12; and 124.401(5) (1997), respectively.
