Lisa D. Thomas petitions for a writ of habeas corpus directing Judge Carlton W. Mayhall, Jr., to lower her bail, which has been set at $1,000,000. Thomas was indicted for three counts of felony murder for the murder of Alisa Taylor and her two children. (Wilson Earl Robitaille is Thomas's codefendant.
