This is the second appearance of this case before this Court. In Chouinard v. City of East Point,1 we affirmed in most respects the trial court's award of damages to Alfred Chouinard in a condemnation action, but remanded with direction that the trial court recalculate the amount of interest to which Chouinard was entitled.
