¶ 1. In January 1996, a Warren County grand jury indicted Jimmy Culbert for kidnaping a child under the age of ten, capital rape, and sexual battery of a child under the age of fourteen. Culbert entered pleas of guilty to sexual battery and kidnaping and was sentenced to imprisonment with the Mississippi Department of Corrections for each crime.
