LARSON, Justice.

LeRoy Sturgeon has appealed from a district court order enjoining him from the unauthorized practice of law arising out of his bankruptcy business. We modify and affirm.

Sturgeon meets with clients in his office and interviews them to obtain information to prepare chapter 7 bankruptcy documents. Signs posted in his office, as well as his advertising, state he is a "non-attorney bankruptcy specialist" and "no legal advice" is given, although...
