On November 26, 2000, a jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Safety Technologies, L.C. ("Safety Technologies") against defendant Biotronix 2000, Inc. ("Biotronix 2000") for $45,733 in damages and found that the plaintiff was also entitled to an award of punitive damages.
