We withdraw our previous two opinions and substitute the following opinion.

Alvaro Abaunza filed a motion to correct illegal sentence, claiming that his sentence was the product of the 1995 amendment to the sentencing guidelines, which was declared unconstitutional in Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620, (Fla.2000). We find that he has standing to raise this claim...
