This is a social security appeal, albeit a somewhat unusual one. Donald L. Bruce (Bruce) argues that the Social Security Administration erred when it decided to stop his disability benefits.

Some four years after he was found disabled, and based upon a thorough physical examination, a different ALJ found that Bruce's medical condition had improved. Then, the second ALJ found that Bruce was no longer disabled...
