Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder, M.C.L. § 750.316; MSA 28.548, first-degree felony murder, M.C.L. § 750.316; MSA 28.548, and kidnapping, M.C.L. § 750.349; MSA 28.581. He was subsequently sentenced to two terms of life imprisonment without parole for the convictions of first-degree murder, and twenty-five to sixty years' imprisonment for the conviction...
