DICKSON, Justice

The defendant, Steve Carroll, was convicted of murder1 for the July 29, 1998, killing of Bryan Ruede in Allen County. Finding sufficient evidence to support the defendant's conviction and to rebut his claims of self-defense and sudden heat, we affirm.
