After the Plaintiff, Brenda Jaros, obtained a $500,000 judgment on her claim of sexual harassment against the Defendant, LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation (LodgeNet), both she and LodgeNet filed several post-trial motions. LodgeNet has filed a motion to amend the judgment, a motion for judgment as a matter of law, and an alternative motion for a new trial. Jaros has filed motions for awards of back pay...
