Following indictments by the grand jury, Cassell Boyd, Jr. pled guilty to charges of two sales of cocaine and one possession of cocaine before the Circuit Court of Leake County, Mississippi, the Honorable Marcus Gordon presiding. After hearing Boyd's guilty plea and discussing with Boyd the consequences of such guilty plea, Judge Gordon accepted Boyd's plea as voluntary, knowing and intelligent.
