The chapter 7 trustee filed a complaint under 11 U.S.C. § 363(h) on August 21, 2000 to sell real property located at 108 Breckenridge Lane, Dothan, Alabama.

The trustee claims a one-half interest in the property. The trustee does not dispute that Debra Marchman Davis, former wife of the debtor, owns the other one-half interest nor that the estate of Edna Bragg Babcock holds...
