George McCoy ("Debtor") has moved for reconsideration of the Court's Order of August 9, 2000 ("Order") which approved a settlement ("Settlement Agreement") entered into with Donald E. Johnson ("Trustee"). The Settlement Agreement concerned the exemptions claimed by Debtor in various insurance policies. Debtor now seeks to exclude from that Order, and from the scope of the Settlement Agreement...
